Emory Tungsvik

Emory Tungsvik joined the Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® Team in 2002 when he obtained his real estate license. Emory began his real estate career leasing and managing a portfolio of single-family homes and small apartment buildings. In 2007, he obtained his Associate Broker’s license and became interested in listing and selling real estate. Today he manages a rental portfolio and is an active sales associate. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM® and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, NWMLS. Emory is a real estate investor himself and has a lot of first-hand experience, so he understands his client’s needs. For this reason, he enjoys working with other real estate investors. He is able to lease and manage a property, as well as help a client buy or sell a property. He appreciates a fun friendly work environment. He also enjoys helping people work through a process that sometimes can be stressful. He likes to help his clients solve problems and feel more comfortable during a transaction.
