The screening cost is $48.00 per person aged 18 and older. 8) If you wish to fill out an application after viewing the property, we require a holding fee before we provide the application. The holding fee holds the property for you while your screening is processed. The holding fee is 25% of the rent. This holding fee must be a money order, bank cashier check, or online with a credit card. The holding fee is not extra money, as it's applied towards your first month's rent. The holding fee is 100% refundable if you are not approved.
