Kim Chick, CMCA® AMS®
Association Manager
KIM CHICK, CMCA® AMS®, joined the Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® Team in March 2015. She
manages a portfolio of community associations made up of condominium properties and HOAs.
Originally from north Seattle area, she has lived in San Diego, Denver, Biloxi, and Milwaukee.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and
attended Western Washington University where she studied Regional Planning and City
Development. Kim was a construction supervisor for Habitat for Humanity for five years and
specialized in land development with Melody Homes-DR Horton for five years.
In 2011, she obtained a broker’s license and soon began a career in community association
management. She is an active member of Community Associations Institute CAI®. In 2015, she
earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations CMCA® Designation, and the
Association Management Specialist AMS® Designation in 2017. Kim likes to work with owners
and board members solving problems. She considers enforcing the association’s governing
documents as important as helping owners and residents to understand them and want to
comply with them too.
After 27 years of playing Rugby, Kim has hung up her cleats and now plays golf. She looks
forward to the CAI® annual golf tournament at Newcastle where she competes with other CAI®
members.
