Lizz Loop, MPM® RMP®

Lizz Loop RMP®, MPM® joined the Around the Clock, Inc. CRMC® Team in May 2018. She leases rental properties and manages both Residential and Community Association properties. Lizz moved to Washington, in August 2017. After living in Boise, Idaho for 40 years she moved to our area to start a new chapter in her life. While living in the Boise area she managed both residential rental and community associations properties for 16 years. In 2005 Lizz became a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). In April 2008 she earned their Residential Management Professional (RMP®) Designation. In October 2009 she earned their Master Property Manager (MPM®) Designation. She was very involved with the local Southwest Idaho Chapter of NARPM® serving as Vice President in 2010, President in 2011, Secretary and Treasurer from 2012-2014, Education Chair from 2015-2016 and Membership Chair in 2017. Now that she is living to Kent, she is involved with the King County Chapter and will be serving as their Education Chair and President-elect in 2019. Lizz is continually attending meetings, trainings, conferences, and conventions to better educate herself so she is a valuable-asset for her clients. As a real estate investor herself, Lizz understands the importance of learning about changes in the industry and staying on top of market conditions. She takes pride in her excellent customer service and working with everyone she meets. Lizz enjoys taking on the daily tasks that come with managing Community Associations and Investment Properties.
