Master Property Manager, Founding Partner
SUZANNE CAMERON, MPM® RMP® is the Master Property Manager and Founding Partner of AroundThe Clock, Inc. CRMC® a full service real estate company that she helped form in 1990 along with three other partners to providing residential leasing and management services. Within a couple of years, she added sales and community association management services. She is a graduate of Grays Harbor Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree. She began her real estate career in 1978 as a sales associate and earned her Associate Brokers license in 1983. In 1982 she made the decision to focus her career on residential property management.
Since 1992 she has been a member of Community Associations Institute, CAI® and has attended many of their state conferences and classes. Knowing the value of education, she started the community association board of directors training in 1995 for our clients. Within a few years the annual training expanded to include dinner.
In 1994, Suzanne joined the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM®. She became a founding member and first President of the King County Chapter of NARPM® from 1994-96, served as a NARPM® National Director from 1995-98, and has chaired numerous national committees. In 1995, she earned the Residential Management Professional Designation, RMP® and in 2000 earned the Master Property Manager Designation, MPM®. Between 2001 and 2015 she was a national designation course instructor and author for NARPM® teaching residential property management courses across the county. In 2002 she completed the requirements for the company to earn the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company Designation, CRMC® which is renewed annually.
Locally, Suzanne is an active community leader. She has been a Rotarian, served on the Kent Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for five years, and been a volunteer and served on the Kent Downtown Partnership Board of Directors, a Main Street™ national economic revitalization program, since 2000 – serving as President between 2003-2006, and 2016, has been their Design Committee Chair since 2009. While she has received awards of recognition from these organizations, she is most proud of the Washington State Main Street Volunteer of Year Award she received in 2015. She has a first-hand understanding of what it takes to oversee the operations of a community association because she has lived in three neighborhood community associations and volunteered to serve as an officer of their board of directors in all of them.
Suzanne has a strong sense of ethics and values. She sets high standards for the Team while focusing on communication, collaboration, recognition, and a fun work environment where team members are respected and appreciated for their talents. She is dedicated to staying educated and up to date on current laws and real estate trends.
