Jennifer Trecker – Karpowicz

Jennifer Trecker-Karpowicz joined the Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® Team 2010. She specializes in managing community homeowners’ associations, both condominium properties and HOAs. Jennifer is a business graduate from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. Prior to being an Association Manager, she had established a career in management and specialty foods sales to high end restaurants throughout the northwest. Before that she was a restaurant manager for seven years. Jennifer is an active member of Community Association Institute, CAI®. This organization provides education and access to qualified venders for association board of directors and managers. She has taken CAI® designation courses and attends their annual state conferences where she helps staff a booth for the company. She enjoys her duties as an Association Manager because it allows her to work through the day-to-day challenges of an association and help their board of directors make good decisions for their community.
